Mud Agitators - O'Drill/MCM Mud Agitators range from 3 to 30 HP.

Agitators feature Nord gearboxes with helical bevel gear sets. Gears are so precisely ground that there is a minimal amount of backlash, eliminating the “slamming” effect of gears at start up. Each helical bevel gear set is 98% efficient, promoting a longer gear life.

Tapered roller bearings on the agitator output shaft help in handling high axial loads.

Agitator design includes keyless rigid coupling and impeller for versitility in impeller blade adjustment.
 
 

Desilters/Desanders - We carry a full line of desilters and desanders. Desilters are available in models 4" and 5" and desanders are available in 10" and 12".

Mud Hoppers - Our mud hoppers are available with venturi tubes, in both 4" and 6" versions and utilize our Demco® style butterfly valves.
   

Mud Guns - Our low pressure mud guns are designed for bottom service and feature a 360º swivel joint. They are available in 2" and 3".
 
 
Mud Buckets - Mud buckets are available in 2-3/8" through 5-1/2".
